Registration fees & conditions

Registration is required for all conference participants. It is recommended to make the registration online before 31 January. Any registration and payment received after that date will be accepted as late registration. Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the organisers upon receipt of registration and payment. In order to avoid double charges, please register only ONCE.

Registration fee for speakers and delegates includes:

  • lunches, coffee breaks and the dinner of the selected day (if applicable)

 Registration fee for exhibitors:

  • lunches, coffee breaks and the dinners (only for exhibitors who ordered exhibition stand place)

Accompanying person’s fee:

  • lunches and dinners
  • this registration fee is dedicated for spouses, family members etc., but not for experts of the field, it does not contain the admission to the technical program

Payment conditions

All payments should be made in Euro. All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender. In any case please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

Official final invoices and receipts for fees paid by the participants will be handed over on site at the registration desk. Congress bureau Diamond Congress Ltd. is responsible for collection of all charges; hence all financial issues are handled and confirmed by the congress bureau.

On site registration fees and optional programmes can be paid in Euro or in Hungarian Forint. Besides, credit cards listed above will be accepted. The organisers regret that cheques cannot be accepted, they should be cashed at the banks.

Terms and conditions of participation

Advanced online registration is a condition of participation in the conference. During the online registration you should accept the terms and conditions of participation as well as the terms of cancellation written on this website. The registration fee includes entertainment allowances, such as catering services, reception, cultural event, dinner etc. In the final invoice the amount of these services will be indicated as intermediary service. Hotel accommodation orders (if any) are also subject of intermediary service. See also the general terms and conditions here.

Cancellation can be accepted before 28 February 2019 with 100% refund.

After 28 February 2019 there is no refund available. We will print the invoice of the paid orders, and we will send this document to the participant.
